Humana's My Health Portal is a redesign of their MyHealthpage and condition pages within MyHumana.com. In this initial phase of the project, we set out to understand the role of MyHumana.com for Medicare members managing diabetes. This included understanding the current state experience and member expectations of the role Humana plays in their overall health care. Deliverables included a combination of wireframes and design files in Sketch. Recommendations for enhancements that go beyond the first phase of implementation. Annotations for interactions and technology connections needed.
