The Bridgespan Group is a nonprofit advisor and resource for mission-driven organizations and philanthropists. They collaborate with social sector leaders to help scale impact, build leadership, advance philanthropic effectiveness and accelerate learning.
The main challenge was to help Bridgespan to tell their story in an engaging way while improving site performance. Goals for the site included: Mobile friendly content that gives users new ways to interact with the site through shareable, filtered, and recommended content. Invite community interaction that spans beyond the site. Align to strategic growth areas and mission of Bridgespan through case studies and improving service offerings. (commenting, social media integration, original blog content, community section)
